Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

All orders for in stock items are processed within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product detail page) and shipped via the method desired. Due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand for a product or manufacturing delays, some items may take longer than 2-3 business days to process. If a situation like this arises, we will notify you promptly via e-mail. Orders can ONLY be delivered to physical U.S. Zip codes. No P.O. Boxes or APO addresses will be accepted. All orders over $100 shipped via FedEx or UPS are insured for damage or loss. North Texas Masonic Historical Museum and Library is not responsible for any physical damage caused by the carrier. In the event that a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 business days for assistance in resolving the matter.

Returning Merchandise to North Texas Masonic Historical Museum and Library:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date your order shipped. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Any items returned to us after 30 days will be discarded and no credit or replacement will be given.

We'll refund your online purchase if you:

  • Return new books, unopened CDs, DVDs, prints, and posters in their original condition.
  • Include your original packing slip.
  • Return the merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date indicated on your packing slip.

Additional Notes:

  • Non-defective returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Refunds will only be provided in the form of the original payment method.
  • Bulk orders of 50 copies or more are not returnable.
  • Autographed, personalized, or otherwise customized merchandise is not returnable.
  • Tickets to events, donations, and sponsorship packages are not returnable.
